The Day-Ahead Load Response Minimum Offer Price is calculated on a monthly basis and posted approximately 3 business days before the start of the month. The calculation consists of the Forward Reserve Fuel Index multiplied by an effective heat rate of 12.920 MMBtu/MWh.
