The Forward Capacity Market Transition Period has introduced the concept of weighted EFORd. For ICAP Payments for Obligation Months after May 2007, the Unforced Capacity for Resources submitting GADS data shall be calculated using the Weighted EFORd method described in Manual 20 Section 3.5 and Attachment F. The reports below will provide the Hourly Weighting Factors for each hour of each historical Capability Period.
