Net Commitment Period Compensation (NCPC) is the "make whole" payment to an eligible Resource and/or external transaction that did not recover its offered costs from the Energy Market during an Operating Day. In the Real-Time NCPC settlement, the charges for Real-Time NCPC LSCPR for multiple Reliability Regions are distributed to one Reliability Region. NCPC - Real-Time Multiple Reliability Region LSCPR Charge Allocation reallocates charges among all Participants with Real-Time Load Obligation for the applicable regions. Real-Time Multiple Reliability Region LSCPR Charge Allocation settlement information will be provided under the Standard Settlement Reporting Structure.
