Customer Directory Frequently Asked Questions
The Customer Directory is a Web application listing all active ISO New England customers. It also includes the major committees, their subcommittees, committee officers, committee members and their contact information. In the event that a Participant has a Related Persons association, the Customer Directory individually lists its Related Persons (as defined in the Participants Agreement and Second Restated NEPOOL Agreement) that are together entitled to join any one Sector and to have one vote in that Sector.
Each listing in the Customer Directory originates in the Customer and Asset Management System (CAMS), the ISO system of record for customer data. Your company's Security Administrator is responsible for keeping CAMS data current and accurate. If you are a primary or alternate member of a committee listed in the Customer Directory, but not identified as such, you must contact your company's Security Administrator to be granted the role of primary or alternate member for that committee in CAMS.
Contact your company's Security Administrator.
Contact the ISO's Customer Support department.
See the Committee Members section of the Customer and Asset Management System (CAMS) User Guide for detailed instructions.
It was replaced with the Customer Directory.
It can be found under Committees > Customer Directory from the ISO-NE Home page.
The data is bridged from CAMS to the Customer Directory on an hourly basis.
