Yes. The cleared FTRs will be subject to the revised methodology beginning June fifth. Please note that prior to June fifth, FTR bids and awards will be subject to the existing requirements methodology.

The proxies will be posted on ISO New England's Web site the first of the month prior to the applicable FTR auction month. The proxies will be in an MIS report titled WW_DALMPC_ISO__.CSV.
