- Your data is considered submitted when all months have passed a Level 2 Validation (the process which does the final error checks).
- The Level 2 Validation Status tool allows you to see the validation status of multiple units through multiple months. You can see which units have been Level 2 validated and verify that all months are validated.
- First have your Security Administrator send a request to ISO-NE Customer Support requesting the unit be added to your account. The email should include the following information:
- User’s first and last name
- User’s full email address
— Unit information about the units for which user should have access, including ISO-NE Asset ID, Unit Name, and the NERC GADS Utility and Unit Codes.
- Second, the new unit needs to be added to your home system. Your home system needs to know the last event number used in ISO-NE PowerGADS, and you should start numbering events one higher or run the risk of overwriting data.
For example: You become responsible for Unit 123 beginning May 1. Events number 1-50 have been reported to ISO-NE PowerGADS for January through April. Your home system needs to start the event numbering for May with 51 in order to avoid overwriting existing data in ISO-NE PowerGADS.
Your Security Administrator should send a request to ISO-NE Customer Support requesting the user be added to PowerGADS. The email should include the following information:
