The most common causes for access problems are:
- The user does not have a certificate. Certificates must be requested by the Security Administrator via CAMS, with GADS NxL access requested.
- The Lead Participant did not send an e-mail to Customer Service, indicating those assets for which the Data Submitter can submit GADS data.
