The steps to the non-participant membership process are listed chronologically.

1. Complete and mail all of the following to the membership application coordinator:
     
   • Membership application [DOC]
   • Market Participant Service Agreement (MPSA) Form [DOC]
   • Security Administrator Signatory Page [PDF]
   • Completed W-9 or W-8, as applicable
   • New Application Affiliate Template [XLS]
   • Copy of State Articles of Incorporation (company name must match on all submitted documentation)

   Financial assurance requirements apply to FTR-Only Customers that plan to participate in the Day-Ahead Energy Market.

   Membership activation can occur intra-month provided the application is complete and Financial Assurance requirements have been met.
