Availability: Monthly settlement available to ARR Customers after the monthly distribution of FTR Auction Revenue stemming from the Monthly and Long Term FTR Auctions, as applicable.

DESCRIPTION

Auction Information

Market Name

The auction period for which FTRs were defined and for which the FTR auction was performed.

Class Type

Designates the auction for which the Revenue distributions are applicable, specified as:

• On — for the on-peak auction
• Off — for the off-peak auction

ARR Customer Information

Location ID

Location Identification Number.

Location Name

Location Name.

Peak Hour Load

Total load served by a customer at a particular location. Load at the peak hour is determined for each load zone.

Excepted Transaction MW

Represents the sum of a Customer’s Excepted Transaction MW award(s) at a location. The location can either be a load zone or an external location.

NEMA Contract MW

A Customer’s total NEMA Contract MW awards (applies to the NEMA load zone only).

Adjusted Peak Hour Load

A Customer’s Peak Hour Load at a load zone adjusted for any Excepted Transaction or NEMA Contract MWs allocated in that location.

Load Share

A Customer’s share of the load at a load zone. It is determined by the ratio of their Adjusted Peak Hour Load to the Zonal Adjusted Peak Hour Load.

Excepted Transaction Dollars

The Excepted Transaction Dollars is the sum of the scaled ARR dollars for a Customer’s Excepted Transactions, as applicable. The dollars associated with each Excepted Transaction are determined individually based on the FTR auction clearing prices and the 4-stage ARR process. They are scaled along with all other ARR awards to achieve Revenue neutrality.

NEMA Contract Dollars

The NEMA Contract Dollars is the sum of the scaled ARR dollars for a Customer’s NEMA Contracts, as applicable. The dollars associated with each NEMA Contract are determined individually based on the FTR auction clearing prices and the 4-stage ARR process. They are scaled along with all other ARR awards to achieve Revenue neutrality.

Load Share Dollars

Load Share dollars is the product of a Customer’s Load Share and the Zonal Load Share Dollars.

Long-Term Firm Transmission Service Dollars

Total FTR Auction Revenue allocated to Long Term Firm Transmission Service agreements (only applies to the external locations).

Effective 1/1/2012, this column will no longer be used and will be reported as NULL.

ARR Locational Information

Zonal Peak Hour Load

Total Peak Hour Load at the load zone location.

Zonal Excepted Transaction MW

Total Excepted Transaction MWs allocated to all Customers at the location. Locations are either the load zones or the external locations.

Zonal NEMA Contract MW

Total NEMA Contract MWs allocated to all Customers (applies to the NEMA load zone only).

Zonal Adjusted Peak Hour Load

Total Adjusted Peak Hour Load for all Customers in each load zone location.

Zonal Excepted Transaction Dollars

Total Excepted Transaction Dollars allocated for all Customers at each location.

Zonal NEMA Contract Dollars

Total NEMA Contract Dollars allocated to all Customers (applies to the NEMA load zone only).

Zonal Load Share Dollars

Total Load Share Dollars allocated at the load zone. It is determined by subtracting the Zonal Excepted Transaction Dollars, Zonal NEMA Contract Dollars and Long-Term Firm Transmission Service Dollars from the Locational ARR Scaled Dollars.

Total Long-Term Firm Transmission Service Dollars

Total Long-Term Firm Transmission Service Dollars allocated at a particular location (this value will only pertain to external locations).

Effective 1/1/2012, this column will no longer be used and will be reported as NULL.

Total ARR Scaled Dollars allocated to each location. This value is the sum of the Zonal Excepted Transaction Dollars, Zonal NEMA Contract Dollars, Zonal Load Share Dollars and Long-Term Firm Transmission Service Dollars.

Asset Related Demand MWs

Total Asset Related Demand load served by a Customer per load zone.

Asset Related Demand Dollars

Total Asset Related Demand Scaled Dollars per Customer per load zone.

Zonal Asset Related Demand MWs

Total Asset Related Demand load served per load zone.

Total Asset Related Demand Scaled Dollars per load zone.
