Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Resource.

Resource Name

Name of the Resource.

Monthly Resource Penalty Charge

Sum of Import Penalty Charges per Resource.

Daily Penalty

Trading Date

Specific day for which the information is reported.

Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Resource.

Resource Name

Name of the Resource.

Daily Failure to Offer Competitively Penalty

The dollar amount of penalty charges for failing to offer at or below the applicable pricing threshold for External Transactions associated with the Import Capacity Resource for the trading date.

Daily Failure to Offer Penalty

The dollar amount of penalty charges for failing to offer a total amount of energy in each hour equal to the Import Capacity Resource Capacity Supply Obligation for the trading date.

Daily Failure to Deliver Penalty

The dollar amount of penalty charges for failing to deliver to the New England Control Area the energy requested from Real-Time External Transactions associated with the Import Capacity Resource for the trading date.

Daily Penalty Total

The sum of the Daily Failure to Offer Competitively Penalty, Daily Failure to Offer Penalty, and the Daily Failure to Deliver Penalty.

Daily Resource Penalty Cap

The dollar amount which the Daily Resource Penalty Charge shall not exceed for the trading date.

Daily Resource Penalty Charge

The dollar amount of the Import Capacity Resource penalty charge for the trading date; calculated as the maximum of the Daily Penalty Total and the Daily Resource Penalty Cap.

Trading Date

Specific day for which the information is reported.

Trading Interval

Specific hour for which the information is reported. Numeric from 1 - 24 (For daylight-saving crossover days: the long day extra hour = 02X, the short day removes hour 02).

Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Resource.

Resource Name

Name of the Resource.

Day-Ahead or Real-Time

Indicates whether the External Transaction was scheduled in the Day-Ahead or Real-Time energy market.

External Schedule ID

An identification assigned by the ISO to a scheduled External Transaction.

External Interface Name

The name of the External Interface.

External Transaction Offered Price

The dollar price per MW submitted with the Day-Ahead or Real-Time External Transaction.

Offer Threshold Price

The minimum price per MW at which External Transactions associated to an Import Capacity Resource must be offered for the trading date.

Day Prior Offer Threshold Price

The Offer Threshold Price for the day prior to the trading date.

External Control Area Day-Ahead Threshold Price

For New York Import Resource Energy Transactions,l the New York Control Area Day-Ahead Location-Based Marginal Price at the source interface for the trading date and trading interval. For other External Interfaces, this field will be null.

Indicates whether the Offered MW applies to the Day-Ahead or Real-Time energy market.

Capacity Supply Obligation

The MW value of the Resource's obligation to provide capacity acquired through the Forward Capacity Market.

Resource Planned Outage Exempt MW

The MW value of the Resource's Planned Outage eligible to reduce the offer requirement for the trading date and trading interval.

Outage-Adjusted Capacity Supply Obligation

The Capacity Supply Obligation minus the Resource Planned Outage Exempt MW.

Offered MW

The total MW value of energy offered from all External Transactions associated with the Import Capacity Resource.

Deliver

Trading Date

Specific day for which the information is reported.

Trading Interval

Specific hour for which the information is reported. Numeric from 1 - 24 (For daylight-saving crossover days: the long day extra hour = 02X, the short day removes hour 02).

External Schedule ID

The External Transaction Requested MW minus the External Transaction Delivered MW.
