This report will be issued to Lead Market Participants for Demand Resources with a Capacity Supply Obligation and provides details of the Demand Resource performance settlement and associated data, including penalties or incentives assessed to Demand Resources.

Active Resource Hourly Data

Trading Date

Calendar date on which the trading interval occurred.

Trading Interval

Specific hour of the day, defined by the end of the hour, for which the information is reported. For example, the trading interval between midnight and 1:00 am is reported as ‘1’. Numeric from 1 – 24 (For daylight-saving crossover days: the long day extra hour = 02X, the short day removes hour 02).

Demand Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Demand Resource.

Demand Resource Name

Name of the Demand Resource.

Demand Resource Type

Name of the type for which the Demand Resource was qualified. Appropriate values are:

• RT Demand Response
• RT Emergency Generation

Capacity Zone ID

Capacity Zone identification number the Demand Resource is located in.

Capacity Zone Name

Name of the Capacity Zone the Demand Resource is located in.

Dispatch Location ID

Dispatch location identification number the Demand Resource is located in, which can be either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone. 

For the 2010/2011 Capacity Commitment Period: The ISO will dispatch Demand Resources at the Load Zone level.

For the 2011/2012 Capacity Commitment Period: The ISO will dispatch Demand Resources at the Dispatch Zone level.

Dispatch Location Name

Name of the dispatch location the Demand Resource is located in, which can be either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone.

Demand Resource Capacity Supply Obligation

The MW value of the Demand Resource’s total obligation to provide capacity to satisfy a portion of the Installed Capacity Requirement acquired through the Forward Capacity Auction, Reconfiguration Auction or Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral.

Demand Resource Hourly Interrupted MW

The Demand Resource’s hourly total load reduction, for each integrated dispatch hour for the specified trading date and interval.

Demand Resource H/E Dispatch MW

The Demand Resource’s total integrated dispatch MW, for each integrated dispatch hour for the specified trading date and interval.

Demand Resource Hourly Dispatch Deviation

The Demand Resource’s dispatch deviation MW for the specified trading date and interval, can be positive or negative:

     Hourly Load Reduction or Output – H/E Dispatch

Demand Resource Prorated Positive Dispatch Deviation

The Demand Resource’s positive dispatch deviation MW after capping for the total performance penalties collected, if necessary, as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.

Demand Resource Performance Value

The Demand Resource’s MW of performance during a dispatch hour in the specified trading date and interval.

Active Asset Metering Configuration

The metering configuration for the Demand Asset, chosen during the Demand Asset registration process.

Demand Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Demand Resource the Demand Asset is associated with.

Active Asset Capacity Zone ID

Capacity Zone Identification Number the Demand Asset is located in.

Active Asset Capacity Zone Name

Name of the Capacity Zone the Demand Asset is located in.

Active Asset Dispatch Location ID

Dispatch location identification number the Demand Asset is located in, which can be either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone.

For the 2010/2011 Capacity Commitment Period: The ISO will dispatch Demand Resources at the Load Zone level.

For the 2011/2012 Capacity Commitment Period: The ISO will dispatch Demand Resources at the Dispatch Zone level.

Active Asset Dispatch Location Name

Name of the dispatch location the Demand Asset is located in, which can be either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone.

Active Asset Unadjusted Hourly Integrated Baseline

The Demand Asset’s calculated baseline for the specified trading date and interval prior to adjustment.

Active Asset Adjusted Hourly Integrated Baseline

The Demand Asset’s calculated baseline for the specified trading date and interval after adjustment if required.

Active Asset Baseline Type

A name specifying the load values used to calculate the Demand Asset’s baseline. The valid types are:

• FML (Facility Metered Load)
• TFL (Total Facility Load)

Active Asset Hourly Interrupted MW

The Demand Asset’s hourly total load reduction, for each integrated dispatch hour for the specified trading date and interval.

Dispatch Segments

Demand Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Demand Resource.

Trading Date

Calendar date on which the trading interval occurred.

Trading Interval

Dispatch Segment Begin Time

The begin time of a dispatch instruction which is either the first non-zero instruction for the operating day or dispatch instruction where the MW level of dispatch is a change from the prior dispatch instruction.

• MAX of the Dispatch Instruction Begin Time or the Hour Begin

Dispatch Segment End Time

The time that ends a dispatch instruction of a specified MW level of dispatch.

• MIN of the Dispatch Instruction End Time or the Hour End

Dispatch Segment Minutes

The total minutes of a dispatch segment.

• Dispatch Segment End Time – Dispatch Segment Begin Time

Dispatch Segment Dispatch MW

The MW from the dispatch instruction which is associated to the segment begin and end time

Integrated Segment Dispatch MW

The MW from the dispatch instruction time weighted for the dispatch segment.

• Dispatch Segment MW * Dispatch Segment Minutes/60

Asset ID

Numerical identifier for the Demand Asset.

Asset Name

Name of the Demand Asset.

Asset Metering Configuration

The metering configuration for the Demand Asset, chosen during the Demand Asset registration process.

Numerical identifier for the Demand Resource the Demand Asset is associated with.

Demand Resource Name

Name of the Demand Resource.

Demand Resource Type

Name of the type that for which the Demand Resource was qualified. Appropriate values are:

Capacity Zone identification number the Demand Asset is located in.

Load Zone identification number in which the Demand Asset is located.

Name of the Load Zone in which the Demand Asset is located.

Asset Total Month Facility Metered Load

Submitted or calculated actual total month load MW for the Demand Asset coincident with the performance hours in the month.

Asset Total Month Distributed Generation Output

Submitted or calculated actual total month output MW for the Demand Asset coincident with the performance hours in the month.

Asset Average Hourly Load

The Demand Asset’s monthly average hourly load coincident with the performance hours in the month.

Asset Average Hourly Output

The Demand Asset’s monthly average hourly output from a Demand Asset’s Distributed Generator coincident with the performance hours in the month.

Hourly Asset Output

The Demand Asset’s hourly output from a Demand Asset’s Distributed Generator as reported.

Hourly Total Facility Output

The total output for the facility in specified hour the Demand Asset is located at which includes all Distributed Generators located at the facility.

Total Facility Load

An ISO calculated value, which is the total load for the facility at which the Demand Asset is located, calculated from data submitted through normal reporting requirements.

Hourly Asset Facility Metered Load

An ISO calculated value which is the Demand Asset’s total facility load plus the hourly total facility output.

Hourly Facility Non-DRV Output

An ISO calculated value which is the MAX of all Demand Assets’ hourly facility metered load at the same facility.

Hourly Asset Non-DRV Output

An ISO calculated value which is the Demand Asset output / total facility output * hourly facility non-DRV output.

Asset Non-DRV Output

The MW portion of the Demand Asset’s monthly average hourly output that exceeds its monthly average hourly load

Hourly Locational Dispatch Deviations

Trading Date
