Resource CSO Credits Charges

Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Resource.

Resource Name

Name of the Resource.

Resource Type

The FCM Resource Type. Appropriate values are: Generator, Demand and Import.

Resource Subtype

The FCM Resource Subtype, if applicable. Appropriate values are:

• Generator: Intermittent
• Demand: RT Emergency Generation
• Import: Grandfathered

Capacity Zone ID

The numerical identifier of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market.

Capacity Zone Name

The name of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market.

External Interface Name

The name of the External Interface.

Obligation Source

The source of the Resource's Capacity Supply Obligation. Valid Obligation Sources are:

• FCA (Forward Capacity Auction)
• aRA (Annual Reconfiguration Auction)
• mRA (Monthly Reconfiguration Auction)
• aIBT (Annual Bilateral Contract)
• mIBT (Monthly Bilateral Contract)

Obligation Type

The type of obligation obtained through the Forward Capacity Auction. Appropriate values are:

• ECO (Existing Capacity Obligation)
• NCO (New Capacity Obligation)
• COWC_NCO (Composite Offer Winter Contribution - New Capacity Offer)
• COWC_ECO (Composite Offer Winter Contribution - Existing Capacity Offer)
• MRECO (Multiyear Rate Existing Capacity Obligation)
• SSO (Self-Supplied Obligation)
• RFR (Retained for Reliability)
• BALMRECO (Balance Net CSO for MRECO from prior Commitment Period(s))

Auction ID

The auction identifier for obligations obtained through either the Forward Capacity Auction or a Reconfiguration Auction.

Contract ID

The contract identifier for obligations obtained or shed through a Bilateral Contract.

Internal Reference ID

Numeric identifier for any transactions modifying the Capacity Supply

Capacity Supply Obligation

The MW value of the Resource's obligation to provide capacity acquired through the Forward Capacity Market.

Payment Rate

The payment rate for the Capacity Supply Obligation as determined through the source of the obligation.

Adjusted Payment Rate

The Payment Rate from the Forward Capacity Auction as adjusted by the Handy-Whitman Index of Public Utility Construction Costs (when applicable). For all obligation types other than MRECO, this shall equal the Payment Rate.

Credit/Charge

The Credit or Charge associated with the Capacity Supply Obligation transaction, calculated as the product of the Capacity Supply Obligation multiplied by the Adjusted Payment Rate.

PER Adjustment

Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Resource.

Resource Name

Name of the Resource.

Resource Type

The FCM Resource Type. Appropriate values are: Generator, Demand and Import.

Capacity Zone ID

The numerical identifier of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market.

Capacity Zone Name

The name of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market.

External Interface Name

The name of the External Interface.

Average Monthly PER

The average of the Monthly PER rate for the 12 months immediately preceding the obligation month.

Capacity Supply Obligation

The MW value of the Resource's obligation to provide capacity acquired through the Forward Capacity Market.

Self-Supply Capacity Supply Obligation

The sum of the Resources Capacity Supply Obligation in which the obligation type is "SSO."

PER Capacity Supply Obligation

The Capacity Supply Obligation subject to Peak Energy Rent Adjustments, calculated as the minimum of the total Resource Capacity Supply Obligation, or the Capacity Supply Obligation - Self-Supply Capacity Supply Obligation. This value shall be greater than or equal to zero.

PER Cap

The maximum value of zero, or the FCA Payment plus the product of the total Capacity Supply Obligations from Bilateral Contracts and Reconfiguration Auctions and the Capacity Clearing Price multiplied by 1000.

PER Adjustment

The minimum value of the PER Cap, or the product of the Average Monthly PER and the PER Capacity Supply Obligation multiplied by 1000.

Gross Supply Credit

Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Resource.

Resource Name

Name of the Resource.

Resource Type

The FCM Resource Type. Appropriate values are: Generator, Demand and Import.

Resource Subtype

The FCM Resource Subtype, if applicable. Appropriate values are:

• Generator: Intermittent

FCA Payment

The total of the Capacity Supply Obligation multiplied by the Adjusted Payment Rate, for all obligations where the Obligation Source is FCA.

Net Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral Credit or Charge

The total of Resource Credits and Charges where the Obligation Source is mIBT or aIBT.

Net Reconfiguration Auction Credit or Charge

The total of Resource Credits and Charges where the Obligation Source is mRA or aRA.

PER Adjustment

The Resource PER Adjustment.

Gross Supply Credit

The total of the FCA Payment, Net Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral Credit or Charge, and the Resource Reconfiguration Auction Credit or Charge, reduced by the PER Adjustment.
