Availability: Monthly market report available to Forward Capacity Market Customers who are Lead Market Participants for a generator or import resource. This report will be issued after each obligation month before the initial settlement of the Forward Capacity Market and may be reissued prior to the data reconciliation settlement.

Asset

Trading Date

Specific day for which the information is reported.

Trading Interval

Specific hour for which the information is reported. Numeric from 1 – 24 (For daylight-saving crossover days: the long day extra hour = 02X, the short day removes hour 02).

Asset ID

Numerical identifier for the generating asset.

Asset Name

Name of the generating asset.

Planned Outage Reduction MW

The MW value of the outage for the generating asset submitted with the outage request. Only Planned Outages where the customer opted to have the outage MW considered exempt from Availability Penalties are included.

Seasonal Claimed Capability

The Summer (SCC-S) or Winter (SCC-W) Claimed Capability of the generating asset in MW quantity.

Resource

Trading Date

Specific day for which the information is reported.

Trading Interval

Specific hour for which the information is reported. Numeric from 1 – 24 (For daylight-saving crossover days: the long day extra hour = 02X, the short day removes hour 02).

Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the Resource.

Resource Name

Name of the Resource.

Resource Type

The FCM Resource Type. Included types are: Generator and Import.

Capacity Supply Obligation

The MW value of the Resource's obligation to provide capacity acquired through the Forward Capacity Market.

Resource Total SCC

The sum of Seasonal Claimed Capability for generating assets associated to the Resource.

Resource Planned Outage Reduction MW

The sum of the lesser of the Planned Outage Reduction MW or the Seasonal Claimed Capability for generating assets associated to the Resource.

Resource Planned Outage Limit MW

The greater of zero, or the Resource Total SCC minus the Resource Planned Outage Reduction MW.

Preliminary Resource Eligible Exempt MW

The greater of zero, or the Capacity Supply Obligation minus the Resource Planned Outage Limit MW.

Resource Eligible Exempt MW

If the Remaining Available CP Allotment Hours are zero, then zero, otherwise the product of the lesser of the Resource Planned Outage Reduction MW or the Preliminary Resource Eligible Exempt MW multiplied by the quotient of the EPOH Exemption divided by the Initial EPOH Exemption.

Available CP Allotment Hours

The outage allotment hours available to the Resource as of the beginning of the Capacity Commitment Period. This value will be positive or zero.

Remaining Available CP Allotment Hours

The outage allotment hours available to the Resource as of the Trading Date and Interval. This value reflects all EPOH Exemption usage since the beginning of the Capacity Commitment Period and will be positive or zero.

Initial EPOH Exemption

The quotient of the lesser of the Resource Planned Outage Reduction MW or the Preliminary Resource Eligible Exempt MW divided by the Capacity Supply Obligation.

EPOH Exemption

The lesser of the Initial EPOH Exemption or the Remaining Available CP Allotment Hours.

Cumulative EPOH Exemption

The outage allotment hours used by the Resource as of the beginning of the Trading Date and Interval. This value reflects all EPOH Exemption usage since the beginning of the Capacity Commitment Period and will be positive or zero.
