Hourly integrated value of the regulation capability while regulating in MWH. |

Delivered Regulation |
Hourly integrated value of the MWH delivered in relation to the Regulation Capacity. |

Time on Regulation Credit |
Time on Regulation Credit for generating resources is Minutes on Regulation (divided by 60) times the Regulation Capability of the unit, times the RCP. |

Self Scheduled Regulation |
Self Scheduled Regulation equals Delivered Regulation MWH if self scheduled minutes are greater than zero. Note that if a generating resource has been flagged for Must Regulate for Reliability, then the Self Scheduled Regulation is set to zero. |

Pool Scheduled Regulation |
Pool Scheduled Regulation equals Delivered Regulation MWH as long as the generating resource has not been Self Scheduled. This value will be zero for non-generating resources. |

Regulation Offer Price |
Offer Price per MW of Regulation provided. This value will be blank for non-generating resources. |
|
Regulation Opportunity Cost |
Cost of providing regulation during all or a portion of an hour by a pool scheduled generator. This value will be zero for non-generating resources. |

Ownership Share |

Regulation Service Cost |
Unit specific actual cost of providing Regulation equals the Regulation Service (MW) times Offer Price, times the Capacity-to-Service Ratio (CSR). |

Time on Regulation Cost |
Unit specific actual cost of Time on Regulation equals the number of Minutes on Regulation (divided by 60), times the Regulation Capability, times the Regulation Offer Price. |

Total Regulation Cost |
Unit specific sum of Regulation Service Cost, plus the Time on Regulation Cost, plus the Regulation Opportunity Cost. |
|
Regulation Make Whole Cost |
The maximum of the Total Regulation Cost minus the Regulation Payment, or zero. This value will be zero for non-generating resources. |

Regulation Payment |
Unit specific sum of the Regulation Service Credit and the Time On Regulation Credit. |

Customer Share of Make Whole Cost |
Customer’s share of the unit specific Regulation Make Whole Cost based on their Ownership Share of the unit. |
