DESCRIPTION

Reliability Region

Location identification number associated with the Reliability Region supported by an LSCPR unit.

Total Real-Time LSCPR Credits per Reliability Region

Sum of all Real Time Net Commitment Period Compensation payments for assets flagged as LSCPR plus LSCPR purchase transactions for the day.

Participant Real-Time Increment and Import Deviation per Reliability Region

The absolute value of the deviation between Real Time and Day Ahead increment and import MWs per Reliability Region.

Participant Real-Time Load Obligation Deviation per Reliability Region

The absolute value of the deviation between Real Time and Day Ahead Load Obligation per Reliability Region.

Participant Real-Time Generation Deviation per Reliability Region

The absolute value of the deviation between Real Time and Day Ahead Self Scheduled Generation and Pool Schedule Generation Not Following Dispatch instructions for specified Reliability Region.

Participant Real-Time Deviation per Reliability Region

The sum of Participant Real Time Increment/Import plus Load Obligation plus Generation Deviations for specified Reliability Region.

Total Real-Time Deviation per Reliability Region

The sum of Participants' Real Time Deviations for specified Reliability Region.

Participant Real Time LSCPR Charge

Real Time LSCPR credits allocated to Participants based on a pro-rata share of their Real Time deviation per Reliability Region.

RT Reliability Region Participant Daily Load Obligation

The Real Time Reliability Region Load Obligation for the Participant within a Reliability Region, for the day.

Total RT Reliability Region Daily Load Obligation

The Real Time Reliability Region Load Obligation for all the Participants within a Reliability Region, for the day.
For market dates beginning June 1, 2010 and following, this column will not be reported

External Sale Load Obligation MW (CETICZ and FCA Cleared Export)

The sum of Real Time Load Obligation created in a Reliability Region that is associated to the external node for which a CETICZ or FCA Cleared Export transaction has been scheduled in Real Time, for the day.
This column will be reported for market dates beginning June 1, 2010.

Dispatchable ARD Daily RTLO Reduction MWs

The total daily reduction to a Participant's daily Real Time Load Obligation in a Reliability Region related to Dispatchable Asset Related Demand resources per Market Rule 1, Appendix F, section III.F.3.1.
This column will be reported for market dates beginning June 1, 2010.

Participant Daily NCPC Real Time Load Obligation

The net daily Participant Real Time Load obligation within a Reliability Region.  This value equals the sum of “RT Reliability Region Participant Daily Load Obligation”, “External Sale Load Obligation MW (CETICZ and FCA Cleared Export)” and “Dispatchable ARD Daily RTLO Reduction MWs”, for the day.
This column will be reported for market dates beginning June 1, 2010.

Total Daily NCPC Real Time Load Obligation

The Total NCPC Real Time Reliability Region Load Obligation for all the Participants within a Reliability Region, for the day
