Availability: Annual market report available to Forward Capacity Market Customers who are Lead Market Participants for a non-intermittent generator resource or an eligible import resource. This report will be produced annually at the start of the applicable Capacity Commitment Period after the completion of initial Monthly Equivalent Planned Outage Hours settlements for the prior Capacity Commitment Period. It may be reissued when the reconciliation settlements are completed.

DESCRIPTION

Prior CCP Resource EPOH

Resource ID

Numerical identifier for the resource. Only non-intermittent generator resources will be included.

Resource Name

Name of the resource.

Generator Maintenance Category

The resource's assigned type for determining maintenance allotment hours.

Prior Capacity Commitment Period Begin

Each of the previous Capacity Commitment Periods within the resource's Major Maintenance Period. The total number of prior Capacity Commitment Periods listed will be one less than the Major Maintenance Period because the report Capacity Commitment Period is included in the Major Maintenance Period.

Capacity Commitment Period EPOH Exemption

The total EPOH exemption hours used by the resource in the prior Capacity Commitment Period.

Current CCP Resource Allotment

Resource ID

Numeric identifier for the resource. Both non-intermittent generator and import resources will be included.

Resource Name

Name of the Resource.

Generator Maintenance Category

The resource's assigned type for determining maintenance allotment hours. This value will not be reported for import resources.

Maximum Major Maintenance Period Allotment Hours

The maximum amount of EPOH exemption hours that may be used to adjust the resource's hourly available MW over the Major Maintenance Period for a resource assigned to the Generator Maintenance Category. This value will not be reported for import resources.

Major Maintenance Period

The number of Capacity Commitment Periods over which the resource is limited to the assigned Maximum Major Maintenance Period Allotment Hours for a resource assigned to the Generator Maintenance Category. This value will not be reported for import resources.

Maximum Capacity Commitment Period Allotment Hours

The maximum amount of EPOH exemption hours that may be used to adjust the resource's hourly available MW in a single Capacity Commitment Period for a resource assigned to the Generator Maintenance Category. This value will not be reported for import resources.

Major Maintenance Period EPOH Exemption

The total of EPOH exemption hours used by the resource in all prior Capacity Commitment Periods within the Major Maintenance Period. The EPOH exemption hours used by the resource in the report Capacity Commitment Period are not included in this total. This value will not be reported for import resources.

Available Capacity Commitment Period Allotment Hours

The amount of EPOH exemption hours available to the resource at the start of the report Capacity Commitment Period. For non-intermittent generator resources, this value is calculated as the lesser of the Maximum Capacity Commitment Period Allotment Hours, or the greater of zero and the Maximum Major Maintenance Period Allotment Hours minus the Major Maintenance Period EPOH Exemption. For import resources, this value is a reported value only.

Adjusted Available Capacity Commitment Period Allotment Hours

The amount of EPOH exemption hours available to the non-intermittent generator resource for the report Capacity Commitment Period if adjusted.
