Otherwise, this value is the Initial Capped Daily Availability Penalty. |

If the Calculated Monthly Availability Penalty results in a larger charge than the Monthly Availability Penalty Cap, the prorated amount of the Monthly Availability Cap applicable to the Trading Date. This value is calculated as the Carried-Over Outage-Capped Daily Availability Penalty, multiplied by the Monthly Availability Penalty Cap and divided by the Calculated Monthly Availability Penalty. Otherwise, this value is the Carried-Over Outage-Capped Daily Availability Penalty. |
