REPORT COLUMN	DESCRIPTION
Capacity Zone Penalty
Capacity Zone ID	The Capacity Zone identifier as determined through the Forward Capacity Auction.
Capacity Zone Name	The Capacity Zone name as determined through the Forward Capacity Auction.
Monthly Availability Penalty	The total Availability Penalties assessed for the Obligation Month in the Capacity Zone.
Monthly Capacity Zone Availability Credit MW	The sum of MW available in the Capacity Zone during Shortage Event hours in the Obligation Month.
Resource Penalty & Credit
Resource ID	Numerical identifier for the Resource.
Resource Name	Name of the Resource.
Resource Type	The FCM Resource Type. Appropriate values are: Generator and Import.
Previous Month Cumulative Availability Penalty	The sum of the Resource Monthly Availability Penalties assessed from the beginning of the Capacity Commitment Period through the month prior to the Obligation Month.
Calculated Monthly Availability Penalty	The Resource Availability Penalty for the Obligation Month, adjusted for any applicable caps.
Initial Capped Monthly Availability Penalty	The lesser charge amount of the Calculated Monthly Availability Penalty or the Monthly Availability Penalty Cap.
Initial Cumulative Availability Penalty	The sum of the Initial Capped Monthly Availability Penalty plus the Cumulative Availability Penalty from the previous Obligation Month in the Capacity Commitment Period. If the month is June, this value is equal to the Initial Capped Monthly Availability Penalty.
Monthly Availability Penalty	The lesser charge amount of the Initial Capped Monthly Availability Penalty, or the Commitment Period Cap less the Initial Capped Monthly Availability Penalty.
Applied Multi-Month Outage Availability Penalty Cap	The total of the Daily Availability Penalties assessed during the days of a multi-month outage. A multi-month outage is a single outage of four days or less spanning two calendar months.
Carry-Forward Multi-Month Outage Penalty Cap	The Multi-Month Outage Penalty Cap less the Applied Multi-Month Outage Availability Penalty Cap.
Cumulative Availability Penalty	The total Availability Penalties assessed in the Capacity Commitment Period. This value is the sum of the Monthly Availability Penalty plus the Cumulative Availability Penalty from the previous Obligation Month. If the month is June, this value is equal to the Monthly Availability Penalty.
Resource Availability Credit MW	For Resources with a Capacity Supply Obligation, the sum of the Resource Hourly Available MW during all Shortage Event Hours in the Obligation Month. For Supplementing Resources without a Capacity Supply Obligation, the sum of the Resource Final Supplementing MW during all Shortage Event Hours in the Obligation Month.
Resource Availability Credit	The Resource Availability Credit MW, multiplied by the Capacity Zone Monthly Availability Penalty and divided by the Monthly Capacity Zone Availability Credit MW.
Penalty Caps
Resource ID	Numerical identifier for the Resource.
Resource Name	Name of the Resource.
Resource Type	The FCM Resource Type. Appropriate values are: Generator and Import.
Capacity Zone ID	The Capacity Zone identifier as determined through the Forward Capacity Auction.
Capacity Zone Name	The Capacity Zone name as determined through the Forward Capacity Auction.
Resource Capacity Supply Obligation	The MW value of the Resource's obligation to provide capacity acquired through the Forward Capacity Market. Where the Shortage Event crosses a monthly boundary, this value will be the minimum of the Capacity Supply Obligation values from the two Obligation Months.
FCA Payment Rate	The Capacity Clearing Price from the Forward Capacity Auction for the Capacity Commitment Period, as adjusted pursuant to Section III.13.2.7.3(b).
Annualized FCA Payment	The product of the Resource Capacity Supply Obligation and the FCA Payment Rate.
Daily Availability Penalty Cap	Ten percent of the Annualized FCA Payment for the Obligation Month, multiplied by negative one.
Monthly Availability Penalty Cap	Two and one-half times the Annualized FCA Payment for the Obligation Month, divided by twelve and multiplied by negative one.
Multi-Month Outage Availability Penalty Cap	Two and on-half times the average of the Annualized FCA Payment in the Obligation Months impacted by a multi-month outage, multiplied by negative one.
Carried-Over Multi-Month Outage Penalty Cap	The amount of the multi-month outage cap not applied in the previous Obligation Month.
Cumulative PER Adjustment	The sum of the Resource PER adjustments from the beginning of the Capacity Commitment Period through the current Obligation Month.
Estimated PER Adjustment	The Average Monthly Peak Energy Rent for the Obligation Month, multiplied by the number of remaining months in the Capacity Commitment Period, not including the current Obligation Month.
Capacity Commitment Period Penalty Cap	The Annualized FCA Payment minus the Estimated PER Adjustment, multiplied by negative one.
Resource Daily Penalty
Trading Date	Calendar date on which the trading interval occurred.
Resource ID	Numerical identifier for the Resource.
Resource Name	Name of the Resource.
Resource Type	The FCM Resource Type. Appropriate values are: Generator and Import.
Calculated Daily Availability Penalty	The sum of the Shortage Event Availability Penalties assessed for the Trading Date.
Initial Capped Daily Availability Penalty	The lesser charge amount of the Calculated Daily Availability Penalty or the Daily Availability Penalty Cap.
Carried-Over Outage-Capped Daily Availability Penalty	If the resource was subject to a Multi-Month Outage Cap due to a multi-month outage beginning in the previous month, the prorated amount of the Carry-Forward Multi-Month Outage Cap applied to the Trading Date. This value is calculated as the Initial Capped Daily Availability Penalty, multiplied by the Carry-Forward Multi-Month Outage Cap and divided by the total of the Initial Capped Daily Availability Penalty penalties assessed during the multi-month outage in the current obligation month. Otherwise, this value is the Initial Capped Daily Availability Penalty.
Daily Availability Penalty	If the Calculated Monthly Availability Penalty results in a larger charge than the Monthly Availability Penalty Cap, the prorated amount of the Monthly Availability Cap applicable to the Trading Date. This value is calculated as the Carried-Over Outage-Capped Daily Availability Penalty, multiplied by the Monthly Availability Penalty Cap and divided by the Calculated Monthly Availability Penalty. Otherwise, this value is the Carried-Over Outage-Capped Daily Availability Penalty.
