SR_FCMPERFORMSTL – Forward Capacity Market Performance Settlement Report – Rev 0 SR_FCMPERFORMSTL_<customer id>_<settlement date>_<version>.CSV <Customer Name> Date: mm/dd/yyyy and Version: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss GMT Availability: This report will be produced on a monthly basis for the prior month and will be issued prior to initial and resettlement billing. This report will be issued to Lead Market Participants for Demand Resources with a Capacity Supply Obligation and provides details of the Demand Resource performance settlement and associated data, including penalties or incentives assessed to Demand Resources.
REPORT COLUMN	DESCRIPTION
Pool Data
Pool Negative Capacity Variance	The total of the Capacity Variances that were less than zero for all Demand Resources in the Pool.
Pool Positive Capacity Variance	The total of the Capacity Variances that was greater than zero for all Demand Resources in the Pool.
Pool Performance Penalty	The total of the Performance Penalties assessed for all Demand Resources in the Pool.
Pool Preliminary Performance Incentive	The total of the Performance Incentives earned for all Demand Resources in the Pool prior to capping for the total performance penalties collected as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Pool Net Performance Incentive	The total of the Performance Incentives earned for all Demand Resources in the Pool after capping for the total performance penalties collected, if necessary, as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Capacity Zone Data
Capacity Zone ID	Capacity Zone Identification Number.
Capacity Zone Name	Name of the Capacity Zone.
Capacity Zone Negative Capacity Variance	The total of the Capacity Variances that were less than zero for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone.
Capacity Zone Positive Capacity Variance	The total of the Capacity Variances that was greater than zero for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone.
Capacity Zone Performance Penalty	The total of the Performance Penalties assessed for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone.
Capacity Zone Preliminary Performance Incentive	The total of the Performance Incentives earned for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone prior to capping for the total performance penalties collected as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Capacity Zone Net Performance Incentive	The total of the Performance Incentives earned for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone after capping for the total performance penalties collected, if necessary, as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Dispatch Location Data
Dispatch Location ID	Dispatch location identification number, which can be either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone. For the 2010/2011 Capacity Commitment Period: The ISO will dispatch Active Demand Resources at the Load Zone level and only report Load Zone totals. Beginning in the 2011/2012 Capacity Commitment Period: The ISO will dispatch Active Demand Resources at the Dispatch Zone level and report both Dispatch Zone and Load Zone totals. Note that Dispatch Zone totals will not include Passive Demand Resources.
Dispatch Location Name	Name of the dispatch location, which can be either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone.
Load Zone ID	Load Zone identification number.
Load Zone Name	Name of the Load Zone.
Dispatch Location Negative Capacity Variance	The total of the Capacity Variances that were less than zero for all Demand Resources in the dispatch location.
Dispatch Location Positive Capacity Variance	The total of the Capacity Variances that was greater than zero for all Demand Resources in the dispatch location.
Dispatch Location Performance Penalty	The total of the Performance Penalties assessed for all Demand Resources in the dispatch location.
Dispatch Location Preliminary Performance Incentive	The total of the Performance Incentives earned for all Demand Resources in the dispatch location prior to capping for the total performance penalties collected as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Dispatch Location Net Performance Incentive	The total of the Performance Incentives earned for all Demand Resources in the dispatch location after capping for the total performance penalties collected, if necessary, as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Customer Data
Capacity Zone ID	Capacity Zone identification number.
Capacity Zone Name	Name of the Capacity Zone.
Customer Capacity Supply Obligation	The MW value of the customer’s total obligation, from all Demand Resources, to provide capacity to satisfy a portion of the Installed Capacity Requirement acquired through the Forward Capacity Auction, Reconfiguration Auction or Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral.
Customer Demand Reduction Value	The customer’s total Demand Reduction Value for the month, for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone.
Customer Non-DRV Output	The customer’s total non-DRV output for the month, for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone.
Customer Capacity Value	The customer’s capacity value for the month, for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone
Customer Negative Capacity Variance	The customer’s total Capacity Variances in the month that were less than zero for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone.
Customer Positive Capacity Variance	The customer’s total of the Capacity Variances in the month that were greater than zero for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone.
Customer Performance Penalty	The customer’s total of the Performance Penalties assessed in the month for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone.
Customer Preliminary Performance Incentive	The customer’s total of the Performance Incentives earned in the month for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone prior to capping for the total performance penalties collected as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Customer Net Performance Incentive	The customer’s total of the Performance Incentives earned in the month for all Demand Resources in the Capacity Zone after capping for the total performance penalties collected, if necessary, as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Resource Monthly Data
Demand Resource ID	Numerical identifier for the Demand Resource the asset is associated with.
Demand Resource Name	Name of the Demand Resource.
Demand Resource Type	Name of the type for which the Demand Resource was qualified. Appropriate values are: On-Peak Seasonal Peak RT Demand Response RT Emergency Generation
Demand Resource Capacity Zone ID	Capacity Zone identification number the Demand Resource is located in.
Demand Resource Capacity Zone Name	Name of the Capacity Zone the Demand Resource is located in.
Demand Resource Dispatch Location ID	The Dispatch Zone Identification Number, which can be either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone, in which the Demand Resource is located. For the 2010/2011 Capacity Commitment Period: The ISO will dispatch Demand Resources at the Load Zone level. For the 2011/2012 Capacity Commitment Period: The ISO will dispatch Demand Resources at the Dispatch Zone level.
Demand Resource Dispatch Location Name	The Name of the Dispatch Zone in which the Demand Resource is located, which can be either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone.
Demand Resource Dispatch Location Type	The name to identify the type of dispatch location, either Dispatch Zone or Load Zone.
Demand Resource Capacity Supply Obligation	The MW value of the Demand Resource’s total obligation to provide capacity to satisfy a portion of the Installed Capacity Requirement acquired through the Forward Capacity Auction, Reconfiguration Auction or Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral.
Demand Resource Average Hourly Load Reduction	The Demand Resource’s average hourly load reduction in the capacity zone, coincident with performance hours in the month.
Demand Resource Average Hourly Output	The Demand Resource’s average hourly output in the Capacity Zone, coincident with performance hours in the month.
Demand Resource Non-DRV Output	The Demand Resource’s non-DRV output for the month in the Capacity Zone.
Demand Resource Demand Reduction Value	The Demand Resource’s Demand Reduction Value for the month in the Capacity Zone.
Demand Resource Demand Reduction Type	A label that identifies what type of Demand Reduction Value is used for the Demand Resource in the month. “Monthly” will be used during seasonal performance months and “Seasonal” will be used in non-performance months.
Demand Resource Capacity Value	The Demand Resource’s capacity value for the month in the Capacity Zone
Demand Resource Negative Capacity Variance	The Demand Resource’s Capacity Variance in the month that was less than zero in the Capacity Zone.
Demand Resource Positive Capacity Variance	The Demand Resource’s Capacity Variance in the month that was greater than zero in the Capacity Zone.
Demand Resource Performance Rate	The rate at which performance penalties or preliminary performance incentives were calculated.
Demand Resource Performance Penalty	The Demand Resource’s Performance Penalties assessed in the month in the Capacity Zone.
Demand Resource Preliminary Performance Incentive	The Demand Resource’s Performance Incentives earned in the month in the Capacity Zone prior to capping for the total performance penalties collected as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
Demand Resource Net Performance Incentive	The Demand Resource’s Performance Incentives earned in the month in the Capacity Zone after capping for the total performance penalties collected, if necessary, as defined in Market Rule 1, Section III.13.7.2.7.5.4.
