Availability: This report is issued as part of the Regulation Market settlement. It represents customer obligation information, regulation contracts and also shows the customer's credits, charges and net settlement per trading interval. This report includes credits and charges for generating resources and also for non-generating resources that are participating in the Alternative Technology Regulation (ATR) Pilot Program. One report is generated per customer per GMT day.

REPORT COLUMN

DESCRIPTION

Trading Interval

Specific hour for which the information is reported. Numeric from 1 - 24 (For daylight-saving crossover days: the long day extra hour = 02X, the short day removes hour 02).

RT Load Obligation

The Customer total of all Real Time Load Obligations for all Locations for the specified Trading Interval.

Regulation Obligation

Participant Load Ratio share multiplied by the total Pool Regulation MWH provided.

Internal Bilateral Sales

Participant IBM Sales of Regulation MWS during Trading Interval.

Internal Bilateral Purchases

Participant IBM Purchases of Regulation MWS during Trading Interval.

Adjusted Regulation Obligation

Regulation obligation adjusted for Regulation Transaction Purchases and Regulation Transaction Sales.

Pool Scheduled Regulation MW

Delivered Regulation MWH multiplied by Ownership Share, if Self Scheduled Minutes is zero.

Self Scheduled Regulation MW

Delivered Regulation MWH multiplied by Ownership Share, if self scheduled minute is greater than zero and Must Regulate equals zero. It is otherwise set to zero.

Net Regulation Purchase

Adjusted Regulation Obligation plus Self-Scheduled Regulation MW (Zero, if it is positive).

Regulation Service Credit

 Customer's portion of the Regulation Service Credit based on the ownership share of resources providing regulation.

Time On Regulation Credit

 Customer's portion of Time on Regulation Credit based on the ownership share of resources providing regulation.

Regulation Opportunity Cost

Cost of providing regulation during all or a portion of an hour by a pool scheduled generator.

Regulation Charge

Regulation Charges represent the hourly pro-rata share of the sum of Pool Regulation Service Credits and Pool Time On Regulation Credits.

Note that Regulation Opportunity Cost has a separate allocation.

Regulation Opportunity Cost Charge

Hourly pro-rata share of the Pool Regulation Opportunity Cost and the Net Purchase.

Net Regulation Settlement

Sum of the total Regulation Credits and the Regulation Charges.

Total Pool Regulation MWHs Provided

Sum of participant's self scheduled MWH and the pool scheduled MWH.

Pool RT Load Obligation

Sum of all customers RT Load Obligation per trading interval.

Pool Net Regulation Purchase

Sum of all customers Net Regulation Purchases.

Clearing Price

Cleared Dollar amount associated with the intersection of Supply and Demand.

Regulation Capacity to Service Ratio

Targeted capacity reservation payment to service payment ratio.

Pool Regulation Service Credit

Sum of all resources Regulation Service Credits per trading interval.

Pool Time On Regulation Credit

Sum of all resources Time on Regulation Credits per trading interval.

Pool Regulation Opportunity Cost

Sum of all customers' Regulation Opportunity Cost per trading interval.
