Trading Date

Specific month for which the data is reported displayed as the first day of the applicable settlement obligation month.

Allocation Description

Actual values used to calculate the participant's charge. The calculation is determined by the sector of the participant. If the participant is a Market Participant End User, the calculation is:
(Rate) X (Peak Load MWs) / 12
where "Rate" is the Annual Participant Expenses Allocated to Market Participant End User (or Individual RTP Participants) as articulated in the 14.2a of the Second Reinstated NEPOOL Agreement.

If the participant is a Load Response Resource Provider or a Distributed Generation Resource Provider, the calculation is:
($5000 + ($267 X MWs)) / 12

If the participant is a Small Renewable Generation Resource Provider, the calculation is:
($1000 + ($267 X MWs)) / 12

If the participant is in the Transmission Sector, the calculation is:
(Balance of expenses after reducing for Market Participant End Users, Load Response Resource Providers, Distributed Generation Resource Providers, Small Renewable Generation Resource Providers, and the Large Renewable Generation Sub-Sector)

If the participant is in the Publicly Owned Sector and receives 1/nth, the calculation is:
(Balance of expenses after reducing for Market Participant End Users, Load Response Resource Providers, Distributed Generation Resource Providers, Small Renewable Generation Resource Providers, and the Large Renewable Generation Sub-Sector)

If the participant is in the Publicly Owned Sector and receives %, the calculation is:
(Balance of expenses after reducing for Market Participant End Users, Load Response Resource Providers, Distributed Generation Resource Providers, Small Renewable Generation Resource Providers, the Large Renewable Generation Sub-Sector, and 1/nth of Publicly Owned Sector)

If the participant is in the Large Renewable Generation Sub Sector, or Supplier & Generation Sector the calculation shall Allocation Description shall be blank.

Total Allocation Factor

If the participant is in the Transmission Sector, the Total Allocation Factor is number of participants in the sector.

If the participant is in the Publicly Owned Sector and receives 1/nth, the Total Allocation Factor is number of participants in the sector receiving 1/nth.

If the participant is in the Publicly Owned Sector and receives %, the Total Allocation Factor is % allocated to each Participant in that Sector.

If the participant does not fall into one of the previously listed sectors, the Total Allocation Factor is not applicable and shall be blank.

Customer Allocation Factor

If the participant is in the Transmission Sector, the Allocation Factor is 1.

If the participant is in the Publicly Owned Sector and receives 1/nth, the Allocation Factor is 1.

If the participant is in the Publicly Owned Sector and receives %, the Allocation Factor is the participant's share of the sub sector as a percentage.

If the participant does not fall into one of the previously listed sectors, the Allocation Factor is not applicable and shall be blank.

Total Dollars

If the participant in a sector that has a Total Allocation Factor and Customer Allocation Factor, the Total Dollars is the total charges for the sector. If the participant is not in a sector that has a Total Allocation Factor and Customer Allocation Factor, the Total Dollars is blank.

Customer Dollars

If the participant is in a sector that has a Total Allocation Factor and Customer Allocation Factor, the Customer Dollars is:
(Customer Allocation Factor/Total Allocation Factor) x Total Dollars.

If the participant is not in a sector that has a Total Allocation Factor and Customer Allocation Factor, but does have an Allocation Description, the Customer Dollars is the result of the calculation in the Allocation Description.

If the participant is not in a sector that has a Total Allocation Factor and Customer Allocation Factor or an Allocation Description, the Customer Dollars is the blank.
