"Negative Deviations"

Total Allocation Factor

Total Pool negative deviations for the specific day and hour ending of the Real Time Emergency Energy Transaction.

Negative deviations for an Emergency Energy Sale include Self Scheduled deviations, deviations from Day-Ahead amounts created through following a Dispatch Instruction, deviations at External Nodes, deviations created by cleared Day-Ahead Increment Offers and load deviations.

Negative deviations for an Emergency Energy Purchase include Self Scheduled deviations, failure to follow Dispatch Instruction deviations, deviations at External Nodes, deviations created by cleared Day-Ahead Increment Offers and load deviations.

Customer Allocation Factor

Customer's negative deviations for the specific day and hour ending of the Real Time Emergency Energy Transaction.

Negative deviations for an Emergency Energy sale include Self Scheduled deviations, deviations from Day-Ahead amounts created through following a Dispatch Instruction, deviations at External Nodes, deviations created by cleared Day-Ahead Increment Offers and load deviations.

Total Dollars

Emergency sale revenues in excess of the revenues calculated using the Real-Time LMP at the External Node associated with the Emergency Sales to other Control Areas.

Emergency Purchase costs in excess of the costs or less than the costs calculated using the Real-Rime LMP at the external node associated with the Emergency Purchase from the Control Area.

Customer Dollars

Total Dollars x Customer Allocation Factor / Total Allocation Factor.
