the LMP at the external node then the allocation description is
"Network Load". |
Total Allocation Factor |
If Security Energy Purchase cost exceeds the costs incurred at the LMP at the External Node then the Total Allocation Factor is the Total Pool Network Load for the obligation month. If the cost incurred at the LMP at the External Node exceeds the Security Energy Purchase cost then the Total Allocation Factor is the Total Pool Real Time Adjusted Load Obligation for the obligation day and hour. |
Customer Allocation Factor |
If Security Energy Purchase cost exceeds the costs incurred at the LMP at the External Node then the Customer Allocation Factor is the Customers Network Load for the obligation month.
