REPORT COLUMN

DESCRIPTION

Trading Date

Calendar date of the operating day.

Trading Interval

Specific hour for which the information is reported. Numeric from 1- 24 (For daylight-saving crossover days: the long day extra hour = 02X, the short day removes hour 02).

Capacity Zone ID

The numerical identifier of the Capacity Zone.

Capacity Zone Name

The name of the Capacity Zone.

Location

The location associated with the Real-Time Locational Marginal Clearing Price. For the Rest-of-Pool Capacity Zone, the Real-Time Hub Price is used else the Real-Time LMP.

Real-Time Locational Marginal Price

The Real-Time Locational Marginal Price of electricity as defined in Market Rule 1.

PER Proxy Unit Fuel Type

The marginal fuel type used in the calculation of the Strike Price defined as either "GAS" or "OIL".

Strike Price

Heat Rate as defined in Market Rule 1 x PER Proxy Unit Fuel Cost.

Actual Hourly Integrated System Load

The sum of Real-Time Load Obligations for the system, adjusted for losses and including imports delivered in the Real-Time Energy Market.

Scaling Factor

The minimum of either the Actual Hourly Integrated System Load divided by the most recent Summer 50/50 Predicted Peak System Load value, published in the CELT report for the beginning year of the Capacity Commitment Period, as reconstituted for Other Demand Resources, or one.

Hourly PER

The greater of zero or (Real-Time Locational Marginal Price - Strike Price) *(Scaling Factor * Availability Factor )/1000
