Current Net Aggregate Tested Total Lagging VAR	Value represents total lagging VAR capability of assets that have completed required testing for their lagging capability and are active in the VAR program
Current Net Aggregate Non-Tested Total Lagging VAR	Value represents total lagging VAR capability of assets that have not completed required testing for their lagging capability and are active in the VAR program
Total Aggregate Lagging VAR	Value represents the sum of the Current Net Aggregate Tested Total Lagging VAR and Current Net Aggregate Non-Tested Total Lagging VAR
Current Net Aggregate Tested Total Leading VAR	Value represents total leading VAR capability of assets that have completed required testing for their leading capability and are active in the VAR program
Current Net Aggregate Non-Tested Total Leading VAR	Value represents total leading VAR capability of assets that have not completed required testing for their leading capability and are active in the VAR program
Total Aggregate Leading VAR	Value represents the sum of the Current Net Aggregate Tested Total Leading VAR and Current Net Aggregate Non-Tested Total Leading VAR
Base CC Rate	Rate as set in OATT Schedule 2, Section II
Adjusted CC Rate	Rate calculated through equations defined in OATT Schedule 2, Section II
Qualified Generator Reactive Resources' Seasonal Claimed Capability	Value represents sum of qualified generators’ real power level output during a lagging reactive capability test
Qualified Non-Generator Reactive Resources' Adjusted Seasonal Claimed Capability	Value represents sum of qualified non-generator reactive resources’ qualified VAR lagging capability
Sum of Qualified Reactive Resources' Seasonal Claimed Capability	Value represents sum of Qualified Generator Reactive Resources' Seasonal Claimed Capability and 2.5 times the Qualified Non‑ Generator Reactive Resources' Adjusted Seasonal Claimed Capability
Forecasted Peak Adjusted Reference Load	Value represents Forecasted Peak Adjusted Reference Load as reported in the most recent CELT report at the time of the rate calculation

Leading Test Due Date	Due date of the leading test
Schedule 2 Leading Program Status	Status of the asset in the leading VAR program
Lagging Status Effective Date	Effective date of the Lagging status.
Lagging Test Due Date	Due date of the lagging test
Schedule 2 Lagging Program Status	Status of the asset in the lagging VAR program
Lagging Test MW Level	MW level of the lagging test
Lagging Qualified VAR Capability	Lagging qualified VAR capability of the asset
Leading Qualified VAR Capability	Leading qualified VAR capability of the asset
Total Qualified VARs	Total qualified VAR capability of the asset
