I can't remember my account password.
From the ISO-TEN log in page, click the Forgot password link. On the page that opens, type the e-mail address used to set up the ISO-TEN account. An e-mail will be sent with a password reminder. If you don't remember which e-mail address you used to establish the account, please contact Customer Support at (413) 540-4220 or custserv@iso-ne.com.

When I try to register for an account, it tells me the e-mail address is already in use.
This means an account has previously been set up for the e-mail address you entered. Return to the ISO-TEN log in page to log in. If you are unsure of your password click the Forgot password link on the ISO-TEN log in page. On the page that opens, type the e-mail address used to set up the ISO-TEN account.
