Date and time of report.

Highest integrated hourly demand value for the previous day. The date is the previous days date. Hour ending is the hour with the highest integrated demand. As an example, hour ending 18 would be the time period from 17:01 until 18:00 eastern time. MW is an hourly-integrated value. It is an hourly roll up of New England generation plus external tie lines and subtracting any New England pumping demand. The value is based on telemetered data and is subject to revision.

The sum of Capacity Supply Obligations(CSO)values of ISO-NE internal generators.

The sum of all MWs between CSO and EcoMax.

The sum of Type 3 & 4 NEPOOL Dispatchable Loads (NDLs) - note that Type 2 and 5 are used under Operating Procedure No. 4 (OP4) conditions.

The sum of capability of all generation either scheduled Out of Service (OOS), forced OOS or reduced for the day, as known at the time of Morning Report development for the peak hour of the day.

The sum of all generation that was not committed to be run but is available to come online.

The total expected capacity transfers, by interface, at the time of the projected peak load.

Net Interchange with New York on the AC ties.

Net Interchange with New York on the Norwalk Northport Cable.

Net Interchange with New York on the Cross Sound Cable.

Net Interchange with New Brunswick.

Net Interchange with Hydro Quebec on Phase 2.

Net Interchange with Hydro Quebec on Highgate.

The sum of Net transactions with NYISO AC ties, NYISO NNC, NYISO Cross Sound Cable, New Brunswick, Hydro Quebec on Phase 2 and Hydro Quebec on Highgate ties.

Total available MW to meet the projected peak load demand.

Peak load forecast for this day.

The sum of capability required covering 100% of first contingency loss within 10 minutes and 50% of second contingency loss within 30 minutes.

Total to meet peak load plus operating reserve requirement (H+I)

Capacity position projection at time of peak load.

In addition to the Operating Reserve Requirements, ISO will maintain a quantity of Replacement Reserves in the form of additional TMOR for the purposes of meeting the NPCC requirement to restore its Ten-Minute Reserve. The Replacement Reserve Requirement may be decreased to zero based upon ISO capability to restore Ten-Minute Reserve within NPCC requirements.

Capacity projected to be available at the peak hour above operating reserve and replacement reserve requirements.

Size of the largest first contingency.

Peak load exposure used for the Annual Maintenance Schedule (AMS) development for the entire week (Saturday through Sunday).

Equal to MW value of the largest first contingency (see 4).

Estimate of total ten-minute reserves available at the time of projected system peak load.

Equal to 50% of the MW value of the largest second contingency.

Estimate of total thirty-minute Reserves available at the time of projected system peak load.

Total MW value of Internal Combustion Unit (ICU) generation, which will be required at the time of the peak load.

Expected steps of OP-4 to be implemented to meet projected peak load.

Additional MW relief obtained by implementing the expected actions of OP 4, listed above.

Total available for interchange transfer, by interface.

Total expected external transfers (includes energy only), by interface, at the time of the projected peak load; negative total is net imports, positive total is net exports.

Total Transfer Capability and Forecasted Interchange with New York on the AC ties.

Boston weather forecast.

Hartford weather forecast.

New York Shared Activation of Reserve (SAR); a -YES- in this field means the two control areas may rely on up to 300MW of capacity, energy, or both in an emergency to meet their individual reserve requirements.

Capacity of non-commercial generators that are testing.

Number of MW committed to meet replacement reserve requirements.
