System Studies
System Studies are initiated to ensure the reliability criteria of the bulk power system is met, evaluate proposed interconnection of new generation and transmission, and support the regional system planning process.
Reports typically consisting of thermal, voltage, stability, and short circuit analyses dealing with the interconnection of a proposed generator, or a request for an elective transmission expansion.
Documents associated with the ongoing analyses of general transmission, as well as Southwest Connecticut. Included are maps, diagrams, and reports.
