Provide software service support, including incident, change, configuration and release management for a variety of external and internal enterprise and energy market/operations-related applications at ISO New England within an infrastructure that includes Single Sign-On, web application servers – Apache, Tomcat, JBoss – Oracle database servers, message mid-tier Tibco servers, Atlassian Jira Service Desk and Workflows as well as Sailpoint IdentityIQ servers for identity access management, all running the Linux OS, and utilizing Java (J2EE), JMS, JSP, SQL, JQuery, Spring MVC with web services. He/she will utilize a change control process that encompasses source code control, unit, product and integration testing, and migration control.
*This role includes 24/7 on-call support rotation.
