ISO New England will be conducting an outage on various applications on Tuesday December 2nd, 2025 from 15:00 to 16:00.
- SMS Sandbox: During the outage users will not be able to connect to the to the following Sandbox SMD Applications: Internal Transactions, Submit Meter Reading, Submit Peak Contribution, Submit Monthly Regional Network Load, and Financial Assurance Management.
- NEXTT Sandbox: NEXTT Sandbox application will not be available during this time.
- MDB Sandbox: eMKT, eFTR and DRMUI Sandbox applications will not be available during the outage.
