The following information is being provided to enable Participants to estimate their individual allocations of the Monthly Transmission Congestion Revenue balance for 2025.
As of December 17, 2025, the Monthly Transmission Congestion Revenue balance was $7.9 million. This amount will be allocated pro-rata share to net negative congestion payers. The Pool Net Negative Congestion amount was $92 million as of December 17, 2025.
Please be advised that the above numbers are approximations, and the actual results will be detailed in the invoice, which will be issued on January 12, 2026. See Manual M-06 Section 6.3.5 for more details on the Annual Allocation of Excess Transmission Congestion Revenue.
