ISO New England will be performing a maintenance outage in the production environments to various applications on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 from 14:00 to 17:00 EST. Most applications will be unavailable during their respective windows.
From 14:00 - 17:00:
- SMD Settlement Applications: Users will not be able to connect to the following SMD Applications: Internal Transactions, Submit Meter Reading, Submit Peak Contribution, Submit Monthly Regional Network Load. The Financial Assurance Management application will also be unavailable. MIS Operational reports are delayed.
From 15:00 - 17:00:
- Production Environments: During the outage the following applications EES, eMKT, eFTR, DRMUI may experience intermittent connectivity issues.
