ISO New England has made revisions to the MIS report description for the following reports impacted by the FCM Cost Allocation and Accelerated Billing projects. These changes will be effective with the Month-Ahead, Daily and Month-End settlements of the Forward Capacity Market for June 2022. FCM Month-Ahead reports will be distributed by the 4th business day of the beginning of the operating month:

FCM Month End reports will be distributed no earlier than 5 business days after the end of the operating month. These report descriptions will be posted later in April, 2022.
