ISO New England will be performing a maintenance outage in the production and sandbox environments on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 3:35 PM to 9:00 PM EST. Most applications will be unavailable during their respective outage windows.
From 3:35 PM to 3:45 PM
- Production Environments: eMarket, eFTR and DRMUI users may experience intermittent connectivity issues.
- There may be missing 5-minute Locational Marginal Prices (LMPs) and Regulation Clearing Prices (RCPs), Short-Term Outages, Long-Term Outages and Dispatch Fuel Mix data during this time.
- DDPs/DNEs for Generating units and Demand Response Resources(DRRs) might not be generated/available.
- This outage will also impact the public website, ISO Express, and Web Services.
From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- CROW web application and web services will be intermittently unavailable in both Production and Sandbox.
