You are receiving this notice because you have subscribed to one of ISO New England’s mailing lists on the ISO New England website.
ISO New England has integrated a new mailing list management function in the Ask ISO portal. Users who are subscribed to the existing mailing lists were migrated to the new system.
To view the lists you are on, or to subscribe or unsubscribe visit the mailing lists webpage in the Ask ISO portal.
In order to ensure that you continue to receive important messages and event notices please ask your IT department to whitelist the Pardot IP address: 136.147.176.93. ISO New England has used Pardot, an email management software, in the past few years to send some targeted notices to various contacts. This project brought more mailing lists into Pardot to send messages.
On a more technical note, emails can be reviewed to validate that – though originating from Pardot – they are signed by ISO New England. The recipient should see a sender policy framework (SPF) “pass” in the email headers since the recipient email server checks the iso-ne.com SPF record which contains the include:aspmx.pardot.com entry. Once migrated in February, notices will come from “ISO New England Participant Notices” (noreply@iso-ne.com) instead of the respective distribution list, as is the case today.
