Projects listed in the ISO’s Interconnection Queue are studied as a Cluster of projects associated with Interconnection Requests submitted during the related Cluster Request Window. Prior to April 4, 2025, projects were studied serially. The study reports for projects that have been studied in a Cluster or serially can be found below.
In certain circumstances, projects can be supported by a Cluster Enabling Transmission Upgrade (“CETU”) identified by a Cluster Enabling Transmission Upgrade Regional Planning Study (“CRPS”) in accordance with the CETU provisions in Schedules 22, 23, and 25 of the Open Access Transmission Tariff. Additional information on the CETU process can be found on the CETU Supported Projects page.
