Web Conferencing Support

ISO New England’s web-enhanced conference calls, meetings, and training sessions are delivered via the ISO New England WebEx site. Some sessions can be registered for through your ISO-TEN account, while others are held by invitation. (ISO-TEN is the ISO’s Training and Events Network.)

Joining a Session

• Follow the session link and password provided in the invitation or ISO-TEN registration confirmation email you received.
• If you registered through ISO-TEN but can’t find your confirmation email, log into your ISO-TEN account, view your training record, and launch the training session there.
  

Note: WebEx does not require a software installation. When you join a WebEx meeting for the first time, a WebEx player will automatically download to your computer.
