ISO Filings to FERC

Access pleadings, memoranda, agreements, and other documents that ISO New England has filed for consideration by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

About the Filings

FERC is the federal agency that regulates ISO New England. (Learn more about the ISO’s regulatory environment.) Here a few examples of why the ISO may file documents with FERC:

• Many actions that the ISO takes require approval from FERC, such as proposed changes to market rules or other aspects of the ISO Tariff.
• The ISO must document plans for satisfying FERC rules and rule changes.
• The ISO may need to respond to or weigh in on FERC fillings by other industry entities.
