Access the Joint Energy Scheduling System (JESS) hosted by the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) to submit external transactions for a Coordinated Transaction Scheduling (CTS) enabled interface. Access to JESS requires both an active ISO New England certificate with New England External Transaction Tool (NEXTT) production access and a JESS password.
