All Resources qualified to participate in Forward Capacity Auction 15 for Capacity Commitment Period 2024-2025 (FCA 15) may now view their FCA Qualified Capacity within the Forward Capacity Tracking System. This serves as the notification of FCA Qualified Capacity as detailed in Section III.13.1.5.A of Market Rule 1. This can be found within the “Summary” tab of the “New Qualification” section for “CP 2024-2025” within the Forward Capacity Tracking System.
In order to participate in FCA 15 (CCP 2024-2025), pursuant to Tariff Section Ill.13.1.9, and consistent with the terms of the applicable ISO Financial Assurance Policy, the Project Sponsors of New Capacity Resources must satisfy any incremental Financial Assurance requirement associated with this qualification prior to January 25, 2021. The Financial Assurance Management system should be utilized to determine the amount of additional financial assurance required.
