The Monthly Market Reports have been expanded to include a new section, 13.5.1 CSO Performance, which provides detailed information regarding the performance of resources with a Capacity Supply Obligation (CSO) relative to their share of system requirements during the Pay-for-Performance Event.
The November 2025 Monthly Market Report is the first to include this new section and is now available on the ISO New England website. This report covers the most recent the Pay-for-Performance Event on November 23, 2025.
The new section features a table measuring the performance of each Resource by comparing its Actual Capacity Provided MW to the Balancing Ratio x CSO MW. The percentage values in the table are calculated by taking the number of Resources that performed at the provided levels in each category divided by the total number of Resources for each Resource Type.
