In light of continuing severe cold weather and forecasted conditions, ISO New England plans to submit a request to the Department of Energy (DOE) on Friday, January 30, for a two-week extension, through February 14, of the application of the existing 202(c) provisions (DOE Order No. 202-26-03). These provisions are currently scheduled to expire on Saturday, January 31.
We will not be requesting that participants who are already listed on Exhibit A resubmit that information. The ISO will notify stakeholders upon receipt of an order from the DOE and will let participants know if any updated submissions are needed as a result of the order beyond what has been provided to date.
