UPDATED: ISO New England will be performing a maintenance outage in the Production environment on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, between 15:30 and 19:00.
During this time, Production WPF & SPF web services may be unavailable.
Users will not be able to connect to the following SMD Applications: Internal Transactions, Submit Meter Reading, Submit Peak Contribution, Submit Monthly Regional Network Load, Forward Reserve Market Auction. The Financial Assurance Management application will also be unavailable. MIS Operational reports are delayed.
EMKT, eFTR and DRMUI applications will be unavailable for up to 1 hour. There may be missing 5-minute Locational Marginal Prices (LMPs) and Regulation Clearing Prices (RCPs), and DDPs/DNEs for the generating units and Demand Response Resources (DRRs) might not be generated/available. The generating units and Demand Response Resources (DRRs) might receive stale DDP/DNE signals (on the RTUs) during this time.
This outage will also impact the https://www.iso-ne.com, Real-Time Maps and Charts - ISOExpress and https://webservices.iso-ne.com web sites. There may be missing 5-minute Locational Marginal Prices (LMPs), 5 Minute Regulation Clearing Prices (RCPs), Short-Term Outages, Long-Term Outages and Dispatch Fuel Mix data during this time.
The generating units and Demand Response Resources (DRRs) might receive stale DDP/DNE signals (on the RTUs) during this time.
