ISO New England is accepting, from Lead Asset Owners, the annual certifications or requests for Generation Information System (GIS) exempt status for 2027. Any GIS load asset with exempt status that is not renewed will become non-exempt effective with the January 2027 metered load’s billing cycle. Submission deadline for GIS exempt certifications or opinions is November 16, 2026; 5:00 PM EST.
