ISO New England will conduct an outage of Sandbox SMD Applications on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00.
During the outage users will not be able to connect to the following Sandbox SMD Applications: Internal Transactions, Submit Meter Reading, Submit Peak Contribution, Submit Monthly Regional Network Load, and Financial Assurance Management.
