Before new customers can be activated, banking information must be submitted. Please see Step 5 of the New Customer Registration Instructions for details.
The bank account you provide will be the account the ISO will use to submit payments to your organization. This information is required for all applicants, even if you do not anticipate that payments will be made to your organization.
