Download regulation offer data received by the ISO from participants. Prior to the March 31, 2015 operating day, these files contain Day-Ahead offers. For the March 31, 2015 operating day and following, in conjunction with the Alternative Technologies Regulation Market changes, these files will contain the latest accepted Real-Time offers. This report is published on the first day of the fourth month following the operating month, per the FERC-ordered lag period. They include data for each day of the month.
