Dispatch Lost Opportunity Cost
Download a report on Dispatch Lost-Opportunity Cost Net Commitment-Period Compensation (NCPC), which compensates on-line resources that are not postured during the dispatch interval or not providing regulation for the difference between their actual net revenue and the maximum net revenue they could have earned, given their offer parameters and real-time prices.
